Treatment Court Funding Available
There has never been a better opportunity for your program to receive federal funding. The U.S. Department of Justice has received $95 million from Congress to support drug courts, family drug courts, juvenile drug courts, tribal healing to wellness courts, DWI courts, and veterans treatment courts.

How do you apply?
Adult drug courts, adult healing to wellness courts, DWI courts, and veterans treatment courts:

- Up to $500,000 is available to implement or enhance your program
- Deadline is June 5, 2018
Juvenile drug courts and family drug courts:
Click here for the OJJDP solicitation for funding that provides up to:
- $600,000 to implement a family treatment court
- $900,000 to enhance a family treatment court or a juvenile drug court
- Deadline is June 21, 2018
Click here for the OJJDP solicitation for funding that provides up to:
- $1,000,000 to participate in a family drug court research and evaluation program
- Deadline is June 14, 2018
