Does your team understand that sustainability is more than money?  Is it possible to have enough money but not be able to sustain your Drug Court?  Does your court have a long-term funding plan?  Does your Drug Court have a succession plan for each team member?  NDCI has the answers to these questions and many more at this training.  This training will provide state-of-the-art information based upon real examples of how to sustain your Drug Court for many years to come. Bring your team and expand your knowledge by learning best practice techniques.

Overview

"Ensuring the Sustainability of Drug Court Programs" is a two-day, advanced subject-matter training program aimed at solving the problem of drug courts operating without a long-term, independent sustainability plan.

Who Should Attend?

This workshop is designed for drug court teams. Because the workshop is highly interactive and focuses on group decision-making and consensus, the training experience will be enhanced by the attendance of as many team members as possible.  At a minimum, the judge, coordinator, program administrator and/or director and probation officer should attend.
